TFM established in 2016 with an objective of launching and managing multiple Funds for the development of companies in different sectors (Industrial, Healthcare, etc.) of the economy. TFM has also recognized the opportunity in Public-Private participation in Real Estate Investment, which would provide secure, medium- and long-term growth while contributing to the growth in Real Estate markets of Oman and also provide a regular dividend income to the investors. To realize this benefit, TFM is in the final stage of submitting a draft prospectus for launching a REIT Fund, to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Oman.

To realize this benefit, TFM is in the final stage of submitting a draft prospectus for launching a REIT Fund, to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Oman.

The company manages investments and reinvestments of the Fund’s assets and enhance its return by employing a long term strategy as well as control mechanism including monitoring, reviewing, supervising and administering the investment program. All management activities are carried out in the best interest of the Fund. While managing the Funds in accordance with its investment objectives, TFM puts stringent risk measures to protect and safeguard the assets of the Fund at all times. Each Fund will have its own risk and reward policy, as stipulated in the offer memorandum of each Fund. All management decisions are taken under the guidance of the Fund Board, for the benefit of all stakeholders.

الثقة هي شركة إدارة صناديق عمانية ، مرخصة من الهيئة العامة لسوق المال(CMA). تأسست في عام 2016 بهدف إطلاق وإدارة صناديق متعددة لتطويرالشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في مختلف القطاعات. كما اعترفت بفرصة تقديم مشاركة بين القطاعين العام والخاص في الاستثمار العقاري ، والتي من شأنها أن توفر نمواً آمناً ومتوسطاً وطويلاً مع المساهمة في النمو في صناعة العقارات في سلطنة عمان.
